How to Check
Red Light on the G-plug
When the G-Plug is plugged into an outlet without being connected to the grounding product's cable, a red light will appear. Please double-check the connection between the G-Plug and the grounding mat.
If the product connection cable is damaged or severed, the grounding may not be recognized, resulting in the red light appearing. If the building has proper grounding installation and the product connection is correct but the red light still appears, please contact customer service.
If the building does not have proper grounding, the grounding function will not be recognized, and the red light may appear. For confirmation of the grounding condition in your environment, consulting an electrical professional is recommended.
The G-Plug functions correctly only in environments with proper grounding. Please verify the presence of grounding installation in your environment before using the product.

Since the Dr.Friend Classic (Mat) cannot be easily separated for washing, we recommend using the dedicated pad included in the package.
Wool Cycle & Natural Drying Recommended
1. Washing Machine Use
When using a washing machine, use neutral detergent and wash lightly on a wool cycle in lukewarm water (30°C) instead of a bedding cycle.
2. Avoid Mixing with Other Laundry
For optimal results, wash the product separately on a standard single-item cycle.
3. Temperature Considerations
For modal fibers and dyed cotton fabrics, avoid hot water washing as it may cause color fading. We recommend washing at 20-30°C lukewarm water.
4. Avoid Machine Dryers
Using a machine dryer may damage the product. To maintain its quality for a longer time, we recommend natural drying under sunlight or partial shade.

Wool-based duvet fillings are prone to deformation when washed with water. Therefore, dry cleaning is recommended instead of regular water washing.
2. Hand Washing When Necessary

3. Avoid Machine Dryers
