Return Policy

  1. 30-Day Trial Period: Dr. Friend offers you a 30-day trial period. During this period, if you are not satisfied after experiencing Dr. Friend's various sleep care technologies, such as grounding and natural materials, you can return the product.

  2. Return Procedure: Returns are accepted via email. If you send a return inquiry to the official customer service account (dr.friend@worldhomedr.com), our customer service team will do their best to assist you with the return process. The product must not be damaged or contaminated in any way, and all original components and accessories must be included in the return for it to be accepted. The refund procedure will be carried out after verifying the product's condition.

  3. Return Costs: Shipping costs for returns within 30 days will be covered by the company.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: After purchasing a mattress, you can cancel your order only before shipping starts. For quick processing, please contact our customer service via email (dr.friend@worldhomedr.com) if you wish to cancel.

  2. Non-Cancellable: Once the product has been shipped and you have received a shipping notice email, online order cancellation will no longer be possible. Please check the email you provided when placing the order. If you wish to cancel after shipping, please use the return procedure.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Period: Before shipping, you can cancel the existing purchase and exchange it for the desired product. If there is a price difference, the exchange will proceed after payment of the balance. If you wish to exchange the product for another model after purchase, you can do so within 30 days. Please contact our customer service email.

  2. Non-Exchangeable: Exchanges due to a simple change of mind are not possible after 30 days from product receipt.

A/S Policy

  1. Warranty Period: All products have a one-year warranty period after purchase. Exchanges and A/S due to product defects are free during the warranty period. However, A/S due to product damages caused by customer negligence may incur repair and shipping costs.

  2. A/S Request: If there is a defect in the product during the warranty period, please take a photo of it and send it to the official service center. After verification, we will guide you through the A/S procedure.

Refund Policy

  1. 1. Refund Procedure: The refund procedures due to returns and order cancellations are as follows:

    • PayPal Purchases: Refunds will be processed through PayPal and treated as a card payment cancellation.

    • Bank Transfer Purchases: Refunds will be processed to the account from which the payment has been made. Refunds to different currencies or accounts from the original payment account are not possible. Detailed refund information will be provided via email, so please be sure to check your email.

Purchase Notes

  1. Payment Methods: PayPal or bank transfer is available. If you wish to make a bank transfer, please contact our customer service email.

  2. Grounding Availability: Dr. Friend Classic Sleep Pad and Dr. Friend Puppy products can be used in environments where grounding is possible with the G plug. Please check whether grounding is available at your usage location before purchase. If you wish to return the product due to the unavailability of grounding at your usage location, it must be returned within 30 days in an undamaged and uncontaminated condition with all components included.

  3. Shipping Address: To ensure fast and accurate delivery, please enter the exact regional name of the shipping address at the time of purchase (e.g. MN → Minnesota / Dr. → Drive).

Order Tracking

  1. Shipping Costs:

    • For mainland U.S.A., all product shipping is free of charge.

    • For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, etc., additional shipping costs apply. For inquiries about shipping costs, please contact our customer service email.

    • For purchases from countries other than the U.S., please select ‘Other Countries’ and order. EMS shipping is free.

  2. Shipping Information:

    • For U.S. Shipping (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam): The product will be shipped from California within 2 business days (excluding weekends) via UPS or FedEx and will arrive within 2-3 days in the West and up to 8 days in the East. Shipping status and tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided upon purchasing the product. In the event of delays due to adverse weather conditions or shipping company issues, we will inform you in advance. Please make sure that you provide the correct email address at the time of purchase.

    • Shipping to Other Countries: Products will be shipped from the Korean headquarters within 2 business days (excluding weekends) via EMS Premium. After passing through local customs, they will be transferred to UPS and finally delivered to you. You will be informed at each step. Please note that delays may occur due to flight and customs conditions. For purchases from countries other than the U.S., customs duties may apply. Please check the customs regulations of each country before purchase. For inquiries, please contact our customer service email.

    • For Direct Pickup from U.S. Warehouse: Please contact our customer service email in advance.

    • For Bedding Set Delivery: The bedding set will be shipped in two boxes (comforter and mattress). Tracking numbers for both boxes will be provided via email, and both boxes can be tracked with the master number. Although both boxes are usually delivered simultaneously, they may arrive on different days due to the sorting process. In such cases, please check the tracking numbers.

    • Shipping Carrier: Depending on the situation on the day of shipping, the product will be shipped via either UPS or FedEx. While you can choose your preferred shipping carrier, specifying the carrier may cause shipping delays. If you wish to choose a shipping carrier, please indicate UPS or FedEx in the request section at the time of purchase.

Privacy and Security Policy

  • World Home Doctor Corp. and DF World Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) collect necessary contact information, including the customer’s name and email address, for membership registration and order delivery. The Company protects the personal data provided by customers as a data controller when using the site. By accessing the site or using our membership registration and order delivery services, customers agree to the terms and conditions on the provision of personal information. If you do not agree, however, you may be restricted from using the services. Customer contact information is stored only by the Company and is used exclusively for the services provided by the Company (delivery, order notification, marketing event notification). If you do not wish to receive such notifications, please contact customer support or withdraw your membership.

  • The Company also collects IP addresses, browser information, Internet service provider (ISP) information, operating system, date/time, click stream data, etc., using pixel/web information, cookies and other technologies. These activities help us to customize your website experience and make marketing messages more relevant. The Company uses the collected information only for reporting and analysis purposes to provide optimized purchase services to customers.

  • G plugs can be purchased separately and are shipped from Korea via EMS. If you wish to purchase, please leave an inquiry via customer service email or online. We will guide you through the payment method and amount.

  • Currently, there are two versions of the G plug available: 220V and 110V. For purchases from other countries, we provide a G-connector adapter that fits the standards of each country within the available range. For more information, please contact our customer service email.
